Weekly notes return!

A semblance of normality is starting to return when you see the weekly club notes resuming! This is because our games are starting to return! YAY, we hear you scream. And while it is fabulous that our beloved club is slowly coming back on line, we remind you that the emergency is not over, it’s just in a small lull and is very likely to come back to some degree, so we must remain vigilant and follow the public health and the GAA’s advise on hygiene. Each team in the club has been appraised about what is required from the players and our mentors. Please follow the advice and do our best to keep us safe. Remember, if you feel unwell, remain at home and contact your GP…. DO NOT GO OUT WITH YOUR TEAM OR IN PUBLIC!

Some info on what was happening during the lockdown and some advice and a request or 2: https://www.ballymunkickhams.com/covid/

.
Most of our teams are back training and our summer camp is sold out, so we are nearly back to normal, whatever normal is from now on! So as a result, our monthly draw is back up and running. Please try support the club again as you always have done.
.
Finally, we will post details of any upcoming fixtures and details surrounding safe crowd sizes at these games. Please keep an eye out for this, as the usual entry into games will not apply. Thank you all for your patience during the lockdown, we are certainly delighted to be back. Mon the Mun!

  1. What an achievement in the modern day to provide 6 wonderful and vital players to Dublin’s quest for 5-in -a row. Kickhams should be so proud of these gentlemen you helped nurture and who are part of GAA history. Well done to all their mentors and families for being a huge part of who they are .Ballymun stands out head and shoulders above all in their contribution to this amazing milestone.
